Tainan National University of the Arts (TNNUA)藝術博士學位。

I graduated in 2013 from the Department of Foreign Languages at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. I completed my master's degree in Fine Arts at the National Taiwan University of Arts, Taipei in 2015 and received my doctorate in Fine Arts from the Tainan National University of the Arts in 2022. My artistic focus is primarily on painting and spatial installations.
My abstract painting creations originate from material exploration, employing a mixture of media, such as acrylics, oils, and clothes. These works reveal the ambiguity of form through the overlay of traces left by the application and removal of materials. Through the production and transformation of materials, my pieces exhibit abstract qualities that invite non-continuous interpretations. These abstract expressions provide a blend of codes that stimulate viewers' imagination and thinking. I believe that abstract thinking is not something remote but a part of life itself. Traces of biological activities in life trigger my imagination and summon various perceptions and memories, which are then extended and realized in my use of natural materials. Through the layering of materials, my artwork naturally reflects one’s inner self, revealing my personal perspective on reality through material transformations. In 2016, my paintings were awarded first place in the Chung-Shan Youth Art Award.
My installation works often connect the past and present of a place, relying on the vocabulary of the materials themselves. They bridge the emotions, memories, and imagination between individuals and objects, reviving forgotten stories and shaping new narratives. These installations are often anchored by the primary visual of fabric strings, symbolizing "relationship connections." My interconnects objects, people, and the environment through these strings. These mixed-media spatial installations are designed to evoke viewers' often-neglected emotional fragments from life and integrate woven fabric strings related to my own childhood memories into specific locations. I combine these with local objects to create various mixed artistic scenes. I believe that fabrics play an important role in people's lives, and through these fabric strings, I illustrate emotional connections within people and links between individuals, objects, and places. In 2020, my installation work was nominated for the Taishin Arts Award, 19th Taiwan Contemporary Arts Award, 1st Season.
